What is the best infrared sauna heater?

I’m trying to decide between a carbon or ceramic heater for my new infrared sauna room. Does any one know which one would be the most beneficial?

I was having the same problem when I decided to convert my traditional sauna into an infrared sauna. There are so may options that it makes it very difficult to choose the right one.
